"Home improvement for independent living"

New home construction, remodeling and home improvement projects can result in a home that will help its owners age gracefully over their lifespan. Housing designed for comfort, safety, convenience, low maintenance and independence can serve both immediate and long-term needs.

Home modification brings a long-term perspective to each decision about every element of a home and adds to its value. Our unique skills in gerontology, design and construction combine to create a home for all ages and abilities.
